Empowered Spaces

Lightly guided mindfulness meditation practice sessions + discussion, open to all experience levels and identities. Donation based - give what you can (suggested $5-$20 in person to support the space, or $3-15 joining virtually). Come as you are, no one turned away for lack of funds.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session begins

  • Please observe silence upon arrival before practice, during practice and after
