About the event
Flex into your floorwork with fun and sexy floor choreography paired with foundational, conditioning stretch technique. Students will learn tools to condition their body for ongoing, flexibility strengthening, and then how to put that new found flex-i-ness to work on the stage (or in the bedroom)! Every 2nd Wednesday at St. Louis School of Burlesque & Variety!
Open to all flexibility ranges & abilities, knee pads and yoga mat are recommended.
